Booking & Payments

A: Share your dates, destination, and preferences. We’ll send tailored options; approve and pay to confirm.

A: Where suppliers allow it, we can place a short hold. Hold windows vary by airline/hotel and are not always available.

A: Major cards and bank transfer. We’ll include instructions on your pro-forma invoice/quote.

A: Some services (e.g., visa handling, VIP arrangements, urgent changes) include coordination fees. These are itemized on your quote.

A: For selected packages and corporate accounts only. Ask your advisor for eligibility.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

A: Contact us with your booking reference. Airline/hotel rules apply; we’ll advise fees before proceeding.

A: Depends on the fare class and supplier policy. Some are non-refundable but may be reusable as credit.

A: Typically 7–21 business days after supplier approval. We’ll keep you updated.

A: No-show penalties are usually high. Call us immediately so we can assess rebooking options.

Visas & Travel Insurance

A: Yes—document guidance, appointment scheduling, and submission support where permitted.

A: Processing times vary by embassy/season (often 5–20 working days). Apply early.

A: Passport (often with 6+ months’ validity), photos, bank statements, employment letter, travel plan, and insurance. We’ll send a tailored checklist.

A: Strongly recommended (and mandatory for some destinations). We offer plans covering medical, trip delay/cancellation, and baggage.

VIP Airport Services (Meet & Assist, Lounges, Concierge)

A: A personal agent guides you through arrival, departure, or transit with fast-track where available, plus baggage and connection support.

A: A global network in major hubs. Tell us your itinerary and we’ll confirm availability.

A: 48–72 hours is ideal; earlier for peak seasons and VVIP requests.

A: Some packages include lounges; others are add-ons. We’ll specify in your quote.

Hotels, Transfers & Limousines

A: We request them with the hotel; confirmation depends on availability at check-in.

A: Yes—shared shuttles, private cars, luxury limousines, SUVs, minibuses, and chauffeured services.

Packages, Groups & Corporate Travel

A: Absolutely—tailored itineraries for couples, families, groups, and solo travelers.

A: Yes—leisure, events, incentives, and delegations with group rates where available.

A: Centralized booking, policy-aligned options, negotiated rates, reporting, and 24/7 traveler support.

Private Jets

A: Aircraft type, route, positioning, crew duty time, and handling fees. We’ll present transparent, all-in quotes.

A: Same-day may be possible; 48–72 hours improves aircraft selection and pricing.

Travel Documents & Special Requests

A: Many countries require at least 6 months beyond your return date—check before booking.

A: Yes—mobility assistance, medical notes, special meals, and seating can be arranged with advance notice.
